Introducing our newest client: Saltverk

We’re proud to introduce our newest client: Saltverk – 100% natural, hand-harvested, sustainable sea salt from the pure waters in the Westfjords of Iceland. Inspired by the Nordic cuisine movement, founder Björn Steinar Jónsson created Saltverk in 2011 out of a passion for food, sustainability and Icelandic pride. By using an 18th century Danish production method that relies on geothermal energy, Saltverk ensures a zero carbon footprint production process. No chemicals, no anti-caking agents – just pure, natural flaky sea salt. We are beyond excited to work with this incredible brand.
